Grant Tracking Platform (Example Use Case)

There have been a lot of changes to federal grants over the past year, so I used Claude to make an online tracker to follow the latest.
Unlike a spreadsheet, trackers like this can be made to compile all of your data into an interactive and easily digestible platform, with AI taking the lead to ensure everything remains up to date.

In this example, I made a tracker from the viewpoint of US organizations competing for international exchange grants. Each grant card includes a program summary, award amount, the deadline for applications, and direct links to the grant NOFO and the institution's grant page. I also added a developments section to track the latest news and congressional funding status for these programs, including statements from senior public diplomacy officials.

My favorite part is that these trackers can be customized to different organizational needs. While this tracker focuses on PD programming, it could be easily altered to focus on a range of topics (policy developments, election funding, media trends, etc.).
