Formerly of the U.S. Department of State, I’ve worked with NGOs, universities, and the federal government, streamlining bureaucratic processes to help teams meet their goals—often within tight budgets and limited resources.​

Some of My Digital Transformation Wins

Moved an information gathering process for $10 million in federal grants that supported 500 participants a year from email to an online survey platform. This reduced staff time by 90%, increased user accessibility, and saved tens of thousands of tax-payer dollars. 

Used generative AI to analyze the success of an $8 million program at the U.S. Department of State. The review for this project had been dormant for 10 years. I completed an audit within two months, providing an executive report and recommendations for increased program effectiveness. 

Streamlined conflicting workflows for a $3 million federal grant into one project management platform. This led to a 30% increase in on-time deliverables and clearer scopes for each team member.
